Camdeboo National Park Gideon Scheepers Hiking Trail Maintenance

Through a dedicated team of SanParks staff and volunteers, maintenance on the popular Gideon Scheepers hiking trail within the Camdeboo National Park has now been completed.
Stones were moved, vegetation cut, and everything neatened to present a welcoming trail to all visitors.
Maria's Coffee located at Our Yard Restaurant in Graaff-Reinet provided cappucinos and scones to the workforce. Many thanks to Andre, manager at Our Yard.
The next trail to be tackled for maintenance will be the Crag Lizard Trail, close to the viewpoints at the Valley of Desolation, within Camdeboo National Park. Make sure you stop by for a visit.
