This past week, the Lady Elizabeth Finishing School for October 2025, took place in Graaff-Reinet at Huis Eybers.
The young ladies who took part learned skills relating to baking, setting up table places for a special tea, arranging flowers, along with skills related to working in the accommodation industry, and service skills. Spiritual aspects were also covered.
The school is run twice yearly, with the second part of this year’s school taking place in April 2026.
The ladies get a certificate of attendance at the end of the course.
